ORDER FULFILLMENT DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Updated 20 July 2021. It's business as usual at Saison with our online store and warehouse operations carrying on as normal. Due to the current circumstances Australia Post have advised of delivery delays however your patience is greatly appreciated.
DISPATCH TIMES - Due to very high demand for hygienic and personal care products, we are experiencing a large volume of orders which are being shipped to our customers in as timely a manner as possible. Currently, this can stretch to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times.
CONTACTLESS DELIVERY - To minimize the risk of contracting or spreading Coronavirus, Australia Post have enabled contactless delivery. This means signatures are no longer required for parcels, whether you’re collecting from a Post Office or at home.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE - For home delivery of parcels normally requiring a signature, if you’re at home, the delivery driver will record your name and confirm delivery on their handheld device, then leave the parcel at your door. If you’re not at home, a card will be left, with instructions on where to pick up your parcel.
For Post Office collection, staff will confirm your name and record your collection on their device, then leave the parcel on the counter for you to pick up.
In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and delivery on the handheld device.

If you live in Victoria and need your order quickly a great option is to use our free Click & Collect service.
How does Click & Collect work?
Simply choose your products online and add them to your shopping cart. At the point of checkout, select the 'Click & Collect' option under Delivery Method. We'll prepare your order which will be available to collect from our Richmond head office. Orders can be collected between 9am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
How will I know when my order is ready to collect?
When your order is ready, you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know that the order is ready. This will usually be within a 24 hour timeframe from the time of placing your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
What do I need to bring when collecting my order?
Please present your order confirmation email at the time of collection along with photo ID. If someone else is collecting an order on your behalf, we require written authorization.
How long will you hold Click & Collect orders?
Orders must be collected with 7 days from the time of the collection notification otherwise they automatically will be cancelled.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free for all orders over $100. A flat rate of $10 applies to all orders under $100.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at this time. We currently ship to Australian addresses only.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
UPDATE - Please refer to the above information relating to Australia Post delays during the Covid-19 situation.
All parcels are shipped from Saison's Melbourne warehouse facility using Australia Post eParcel. Once an online order has been placed, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. You may track your order via Shippit.com once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Approximate times are as follows;
Metropolitan (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide) - 2 to 3 business days
Regional NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA, WA, NT - 4 to 6 business days
Remote QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS - 7 to 10 business days
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline only and are subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc), promotional campaigns, due to wild weather, or due to other delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Saison's control.
If an order is required urgently we are happy to arrange Express Delivery. Please contact our Melbourne head office on 03-9017-3818 and we will provide a quotation based on the weights and dimensions of the parcel. Please note that perfumery products are unable to be Express Posted due to be deemed DG cargo.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS / AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
If you would like to provide special instructions for delivery (Eg. Authority to leave at the front door if no answer), please include this information in the shopping cart notes (prior to the checkout) when making your purchase. Please note that even if special delivery instructions are provided, Saison does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Please note that Saison does not dispatch orders on weekend’s or Victorian public holidays.
