All information and content contained on this website including images, photos, text, logos, designs and graphics are the property of Saison or its suppliers and are protected by Australian and International Copyright Laws. The use of any images, logos, photos, text, designs and graphics is strictly prohibited unless prior written authorization has been gained from Saison.

This site is created and controlled in the state of Victoria, Australia. By using this website you submit to the Jurisdiction of Victoria or the Commonwealth of Australia and agree that any legal action would be commenced in these Forums.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. By making a purchase on this site you agree to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the purchase is made.
Acceptance of your order
Saison reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or that you do not meet the criteria set out within these Terms of Trade. Saison reserves the right to refuse to process or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Currency, GST and Taxes
All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or Paypal.
At the time of making your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent acknowledging the details of your order and reconfirming the delivery address, items purchased and the shipping cost. Please contact us immediately should any of this information be incorrect.
At the time of making a purchase, the shipping cost will be added. Orders are dispatched 24 to 48 hours from order placement. A flat shipping fee (Postage & Handling) of $10 is charged for all orders unless the order is over $100 whereby delivery is free.
Currently Saison will only ship to addresses within Australia including post office boxes. At this time Saison is unable to deliver to international addresses. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery to capital cities and surrounds. Delivery to remote areas can take up 10 to 14 days depending on the location. Please refer to the Australia Post website for details. Saison does not guarantee a delivery date.
All parcels are shipped from Saison's Melbourne warehouse facility using Australia Post E-Parcel or in some cases Toll Ipec. Parcels carry a barcode which is scanned during the delivery process. A signature is required upon delivery. If you would like to provide special instructions for delivery (Eg. Authority to leave at the front door if no answer), please include this information in the 'Instructions' section when making your purchase. Please note that if special delivery instructions are provided, SAISON takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items. Should the delivery address be unattended, an 'Attempted Delivery' card will be left and the parcel will be taken to the closest Post Office for collection.
When you order is being dispatchedfrom Saison's Melbourne warehouse facility, a 'Shipping Confirmation' email will be sent to you with the 'Consignment Number' so you can track the delivery of your order. To track your order, please follow these instructions:

Please note that all purchases on the Saison website are final so please choose your purchase carefully.
Except in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or incorrect product, exchanges and or refunds are not accepted. Any faulty or incorrectly sent item for return must be advised to Saison within 5 days from receiving of the order and must follow the following procedure.

Once approval has been received from Saison, please pack up the goods using the original packaging and return to the below address, including the original tax invoice in the box. We recommend using Registered Post or trackable courier as Saison takes no responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

Once the product has been returned to our Melbourne warehouse facility we will assess the goods and either replace or issue a full refund. The cost of returning the goods will also be refunded if the product is deemed faulty.
Saison recognises and respects your right to privacy and is committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which has set clear standards as to the collection, storage and use of personal information.
The personal information collected by us from you is used to provide you with our services. Saison only collects the information needed to conduct business with our customers and treats all personal information received as private and confidential. We do not use or share any personal data for any other purposes other than for which it has been disclosed.
We take firm measures to ensure that your personal information is protected from unauthorized access.
Your personal details may be used to contact you regarding an order placed on this website for reasons such as failed credit card transactions, delivery details and stock availability. You will only receive special offers and promotions via email if you choose to sign up for our newsletter which you can opt out of at any time.
For the purpose of processing your order, we may disclose your details to our payment gateway service provider and courier companies. We may disclose your details where required by law to government or regulatory authorities.
